Policies


SHIPPING

 

  • In stock orders are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. Custom/Made to Order purchased are shipped within the given timeframe of finished product.  Tracking info will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout, when the order is prepped for shipping.
  • Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. 
  • We do offer combined shipping within our shipping profile. In order to take advantage of our combined shipping, you must purchase all items in the same transaction. 

 

PAYMENT

  • We currently accept all major credit cards via our online shop.  We also accept Paypal and Apple Pay.  We are currently working on an interface to accept BitCoin, stay tuned!

 

RETURNS 

  • Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be issued for items returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • All returns that are caused due to my error will result in a 100% refund.
  • Returns for any other reason will result in a refund of item price only minus a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Returns must be made in the same condition you received them with all original packaging. 
  • Returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded, so please package them carefully. 
  • Please provide me with a tracking number and include your name and order number in the package so I know who to refund. 
  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders. 

 

CANCELLATIONS 

  • If you change your mind about a purchase and would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase for a 100% refund. All other cancellations will fall under our return policy and be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
